· Delivery time in mainland Portugal is up to 3 business days. For Madeira and the Azores delivery time is up to 5 business days. Outside of Portugal delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

· Maria.bodyline accepts exchanges and refunds and can help you at: info@mariabodyline.pt

· -Once you have received your item you have 14 business days in order to process an exchange or a return.

· - Once you have received your item, you have 7 business days in order to process a free exchange or return in Portugal.

· – You may request an exchange or return for the following reasons:

· Wrong Size;

· Defect;

· Wrong item;

· Unsatisfied with product

· - The order should be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

· -Maria.bodyline does not take responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage after the order has been shipped.

· - After we have received your order and verified it is in good condition, a full refund through the same method will be made.

· If your item has any defects, our most sincere apologies.

· Maria.bodyline accepts exchanges and refunds in cases of product defect.

· If we establish the defect was due to improper use by the client, we will not accept exchanges or refunds.

· 1- Send an email to info@mariabodyline.pt with the following information:

· Email

· Phone Number

· Delivery address

· Bill number and date

· Reference and size of the item you wish to exchange or return

· Reference and size of the item you want to receive or indicate you want a refund.

· After we receive the product and verified its condition, a full refund will be made through the same way payment was made.

· If you chose an item that has a lower price than the original, the difference shall be returned to you through the same payment method.

· The first exchange or refund is free.
